1. Reservations & Confirmation
All bookings must be guaranteed with valid guest information.
A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is successfully completed.
The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in case of incorrect or incomplete information.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: from 14:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are required to present valid identification (passport or ID) upon check-in.
3. Rates & Payment
All room rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan.
The hotel accepts major payment methods (cash, bank transfer, or card payments where applicable).
4. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate plan.
Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the specified period stated in your booking confirmation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to one or more nights’ stay.
5. Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome at Karst Residence Phong Nha.
Children under a certain age (as specified at booking) may stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional fees.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and hotel property during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior.
7. Smoking Policy
Karst Residence Phong Nha is a non-smoking property in all indoor areas.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee may be applied for violations.
8. Safety & Security
Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless deposited with the hotel for safekeeping.
For safety reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after certain hours.
9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
